Our clinicians will only prescribe medication where it is safe and appropriate for you based on the information you provide. You must inform us of all existing medical conditions, current medications, and any relevant allergies before treatment begins and throughout your care with us.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only through Pharmacy Weight Loss Hailsham unless otherwise stated. We comply with all GPhC standards and applicable UK prescribing regulations.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely via an encrypted payment provider.

All medication is sent in discreet, secure packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where required. We cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged after confirmed delivery.
You may cancel your order at any time before your consultation has been clinically reviewed and your prescription approved. To cancel, contact us promptly via our website or email.
Once a prescription has been approved and the order dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription-only medicines in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
